Hello Parents and Guardians of MRHYS Alumni. If you have a High School Senior this year who participated in MRH Youth Sports at some point between their Pre-School and 8th grade years, MRHYS has a potential scholarship opportunity that your child might qualify for this year.

Two scholarships, each for $1,000 are available this year. All applications will be looked at and the top two who qualify will each receive $1,000 to be paid to their college or further education institution.

It is the 1st year we are offering this scholarship. If your senior student is at MRH HS they may be aware of this scholarship already but just in case we are sending it out to the MRH Youth Sports Community.

Please have patience with us as it is our first year for offering this scholarship. Also since it is the first year your senior may have a better opportunity to win the scholarship as less people may be applying so please consider applying even if they do not meet all of the following consideration criteria.

Higher consideration will be given to the following criteria for scholarships:

financial need

students who have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or better. 

Rating of student essay

Participation in MRH Youth Sports for more than 5 years

Community Service activities
